Information Security Awareness Program
Security of data has become critically important to all organizations worldwide. Dependence on information, digital or otherwise, is integral to business operations and all data and information must be protected accordingly. In order to provide a secure environment for the use and exchange of data that protects the integrity and confidentiality of information, each member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) workforce will need to assume informed responsibility for the security and protection of information resources over which he or she has direct control. This training program will provide users the awareness and some tools for ensuring data security.
