Conference Call Meeting Information
If you are having a conference call meeting and you have more than the total number of participating sites for the type of telephone in the conference room (see below), you have two options:
1. Meet Me: All participants dial-in to a designated central number (this is the least expensive).
2. Operator-Assisted: An operator calls each participant at the designated time.
Below are the steps to request an audio conferencing call from the Office of Enterprise Technology(OET)
- Call the Communications Center at OET: 651-297-8282.
- Request the type of audio conference call (Meet Me or Operator-Assisted).
- Specify the date of the call.
- Specify the time of call (start and end time).
- Give your agency name plus the originators name and telephone number.
- Specify your conference ID number (this is 7-digit number) for billing purposes. (Contact your administrative support person to get your conference ID number prior to scheduling your audio conferencing call.)
